• You grant Level Up a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from that content.
• You represent that you own or have rights to submit the content.
• We may remove content at our discretion.
Virtual goods and in-game currency:
• Are licensed, not sold.
• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Are non-transferable outside the Services.
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual goods at any time without liability.
You agree not to:
• Harass, threaten, or engage in abusive or discriminatory conduct.
• Use exploits, hacks, or cheats.
• Disrupt servers or interfere with gameplay.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
