Thank you for your interest in submitting your game to Level Up Gaming Publishing Group (“Level Up,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By submitting a game, pitch, prototype, design document, concept, artwork, or any related materials (collectively, “Submission”), you agree to the following terms:
Your Submission is made voluntarily and without expectation of confidentiality.
Unless we have signed a separate written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), your Submission is not confidential, and no confidential, fiduciary, agency, or partnership relationship is created between you and Level Up.
Do not submit materials you consider confidential or proprietary unless a signed agreement is in place.
Level Up:
Is not obligated to review any Submission.
Is not obligated to provide feedback.
Is not obligated to enter into any agreement.
We may reject, delete, or ignore Submissions at our sole discretion.
You acknowledge that Level Up may already be developing, publishing, or considering games or concepts that are similar to your Submission.
You agree that you will not be entitled to compensation, damages, or any other remedy if our projects are similar to your Submission.
Similarity alone does not establish use or infringement.
Submitting materials does not entitle you to payment, compensation, reimbursement, or credit of any kind unless and until a separate written publishing agreement is executed.
You represent and warrant that:
You own or control all rights to the Submission.
Your Submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
You have authority to submit the materials.
You retain ownership of your Submission unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
By submitting materials, you grant Level Up a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Review
Evaluate
Internally share
Analyze
Your Submission for the purpose of considering a potential publishing relationship.
This license does not grant us the right to commercially exploit your Submission without a signed agreement.
Submission of materials through our website does not create an obligation for Level Up to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
If you require confidentiality protections, you must request and execute a mutually signed NDA prior to submission.
By submitting through our website, you agree that we may contact you using the information provided regarding your Submission.
These Submission Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
By submitting your materials, you confirm that:

You agree to be legally bound by them.
If you do not agree, do not submit materials.
